steak Sauce ( Mushroom Sauce )
- 1 tablespoon butter , for frying
- ½ onion (bombay) , finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic , finely chopped
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce , if there is no use of English sauce also be .
- 1 tsp flour
- 150 ml chicken broth . * if there is no stock using chicken broth powder guns also papa *
- 100 g button mushrooms , thinly sliced
- 1sdt wheat / sago
- Salt , pepper to taste
