How to make tempe penyet
ingredients:
  • 200 g tempeh, cut into pieces, slice-slice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • oil for frying and sauteing
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
Spices:
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp coriander
Material condiment: (puree)
  •  4 large red chilies
  • 2 pieces of red chili
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 grains of red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp roasted shrimp paste

How to make:
1. Mix the spices and water, mix well.
2. Enter the tempeh, stir, let sit for 30 minutes until the flavors mingle.
3. Heat oil, fry tempeh until cooked and golden browned. Remove, drain and set aside.
4. Heat a little oil, stir-fry sauce ingredients until fragrant.
5. Give sugar and salt, and cook until thickened, remove from heat.
6. Arrange the fried tempeh on the serving plate, tap-tap until slightly crushed, pour sauce over it.
7. Serve warm.
